Personal Home Care Services (PHCS) is an Oldham-based (North West)  private family-run home care provider, which was founded in 2016. We specialise in realistic alternatives to residential care in the comfort of your family member’s home. We have been rated Good from CQC- we aim to ensure all our service users are provided with a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led team.  Our care plans are person-centred and tailored to each individual's care needs and preferences. (Est since 2016 and an overall 20 years of care experience between our team)

When our dear grandma fell poorly, we as a family struggled to find personalized care that would suit grandmother’s needs especially when there was a language barrier and from this, the concept of Personal Home Care Services was born. With the creation of the company, Grandma was able to stay in her home and lived many years longer than expected. This experience inspired our desire to help other families by providing private home help for ageing loved ones. we specialise in providing extra care for bame community.

From this positive experience, we decided to create Personal Home Care Services (PHCS) Ltd, which is now in a position to branch out to the whole of the UK with a dedicated franchise nationwide near you. From that we’ve gathered best practices and experience at first-hand from all our clients and will pass this on to each of our individual local offices soon to arrive near you, enabling them to provide high-quality, personalised care. Therefore, each PHCS care provider benefits from high-quality training and efficient processes that enable them to focus on you. In the UK, our offices provide care for small areas, which allows them to be close to you and available whenever you need them.
